We believe in clear, transparent pricing for all our services. Our fees reflect the skill and experience of our clinical team, the quality of our equipment, and the level of care each patient receives.
Most procedures are priced individually based on your pet’s needs, and we always provide an estimate before treatment. If anything changes during your pet’s care, we’ll explain the options and costs before proceeding.
What’s Included?
These prices are intended as a guide to help you plan routine care. More complex treatments, diagnostic work, or surgery will vary depending on the nature of the condition. Written estimates are always available on request.
Every patient and household is different. Our clinical team will discuss all appropriate options and tailor treatment to your pet’s individual circumstances, taking into account their health, comfort, and your preferences.

Payment and insurance
Payment is due at the time of treatment. We’re happy to provide itemised invoices and can assist with insurance claims, either through direct claim (where available) or by supplying detailed clinical records and receipts for reimbursement.
For larger or unexpected costs, we also offer flexible payment options through Klarna, allowing you to spread the cost of treatment where eligible. Eligibility and terms are determined by Klarna at the time of application. Please ask a member of our team for details before your appointment.
Preventive care
Our Health Plan helps spread the cost of vaccinations, parasite control, and nurse-led checks through simple monthly payments. Details and pricing can be found in the Health Plan section.
For procedures or investigations not listed, an estimate will always be provided before treatment.
